AUNTY PET’S FOODS ONLINE ORDERING

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Aunty Pet’s Foods website (auntypetsfoods.com) and any associated platforms. Please read this statement carefully before placing an order. By accessing our site, App or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. E-Commerce Services

All e-commerce services, including online ordering, are operated by Aunty Pet’s Foods and third-party payment processors. You acknowledge that any payment information supplied by you in relation to the use of the Service is processed through third-party secure payment systems.

2. Services

Aunty Pet’s Foods provides agro-processing, catering, and food manufacturing services.

  • Ordering Availability: Ordering services are subject to current stock, availability and operating hours.
  • Pre-Fixed Meals: Special holiday menus (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day) and weekend Seafood Boils or Sunday meals are subject to specific delivery or pickup windows as advertised.
3. Accounts

You may be required to register an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

4. Menu & Pricing

Prices and product information are subject to change without prior notification. While we strive for accuracy, Aunty Pet’s Foods reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

5. Cancellation & Modification
  • Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of agro-processed and catered food, once an order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
  • 24-Hour Rule: If you wish to cancel an order and receive a credit for future purchases, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup date.
  • Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are ineligible for credit or rescheduling.
6. Payments

Payment can be made online via Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer, or Cash in Advance(Only when agreed upon). Payment for pre-ordered meals must be settled by the deadline specified at the time of the promotion.


REFUND POLICY

At Aunty Pet’s Foods, we take great pride in the quality of our fresh juices, ice lollies, microgreens, and catered meals.

1. Non-Refundability

All food and beverage orders are non-refundable. Once payment has been received and the order is prepared, we are unable to offer monetary refunds.

2. Future Credit

If an order is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the delivery or pickup date, a credit may be issued. This credit can be applied toward future purchases at Aunty Pet’s Foods. We reserve the right to deny any refunds within the 24-hour window.

3. Quality Concerns

If your order does not match your receipt or if there are quality issues (e.g., incorrect items), please alert us right away. Either at delivery or pickup. Any issued raised after this initial contact may not be recognised.

  • Items must be presented in their original packaging.
  • Resolutions (such as replacement or credit) are at the sole discretion of Aunty Pet's Foods.

PRIVACY POLICY

Aunty Pet’s Foods ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your personal information.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

  • Place an order (Name, delivery address, phone number, and email).
  • Register an account.
  • Communicate with us regarding catering requests.

  • Order Fulfillment: To process and deliver your meals, juices, and microgreens.

  • Marketing: With your consent, we may send you information about seasonal specials (like our Christmas Fruit Cakes) or new product launches.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. We do not store credit card details; all payments are handled by secure third-party processors.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers (such as delivery drivers) to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.
